In January, the old boiler stopped starting, and the house really began to cool down. I called Baltimir – we agreed for the same evening, a technician came, checked it, and said there was no point in repairing it. The next day, we ordered a new boiler, and two days later everything was already working. Honestly, I was afraid I’d have to sit in the cold for a week. The downside: we had to wait a day for the equipment, but that’s better than being left without heating. Overall – they saved the situation, I’m grateful.

In our office, it was always either too hot or too cold in winter. We called Baltimir to look into the issue. Two technicians came, did an inspection, cleaned the heat exchanger, and reset the automation. Now the temperature stays stable and doesn’t fluctuate. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but the invoice was detailed and clear about what you’re paying for. Overall, a good impression — I’ll definitely use their services again.

I decided to upgrade the heating system in the house – the old radiators didn’t heat well. At BALTIMIR GROUP they suggested underfloor heating and a new boiler. The work took a bit longer than promised because one part was delayed at the warehouse. But they kept in touch with me and explained everything. When it was all finished, the house felt completely different – the floors are warm, the temperature is even, and there’s no need to keep adjusting the radiators. Overall, the job was done well, nothing major to complain about.
