Decision-making algorithm

Decision-making algorithm

/

Useful Information:

1. Problem Definition:

• You have a need for a certain product or service. This need becomes a problem that requires a solution.

• First of all, you must clearly determine what exactly needs to be solved and how much time you have at your disposal (it’s good if you are free at this moment and can handle the issue calmly and without haste; if you are busy with work or daily duties, the problem creates additional tension that you want to get rid of quickly. The main thing at this point is not to rush and to try to make the right decision so that you won’t regret it later).

2. Information Gathering:

• Contact acquaintances and friends who offer the goods or services you need.

• Reach out to those who have faced similar problems to learn who solved them and how.

• Use advertising channels to find a company yourself that can help solve your problem (internet, catalogue, newspaper).

Whichever path you take, pay attention to the following points:

• If the work or service requires an official permit/license, verify it.

• The company’s capabilities.

• Work experience and completed projects.

• Customer reviews (if available).

• Warranty period.

• Post-warranty service (if required).

• The cost of solving the problem.

• The timeframe for solving the problem.

3. Decision Making:

Review all options according to how well they meet your goals and requirements, then choose the best alternatives. In most cases, this is not difficult at all. Simply go through your list of goals and requirements, evaluate the options, and decide which one will lead to the best overall result.

4. Implementation:

Agree with the company representative on the timeframe for the work.

Sign the contract — and go ahead!
